History bears witness to the fact that the iconic structure of Lancer’s has come a long way from 1988 to the present day- a journey of ascendancy to distinction- from a humble beginning to the zenith of success in the educational arena.
Since the day of it's inception, Lancer’s Convent’s erudite visionaries have initiated the enterprise of titivating individuals with holistic personalities, who can think independently, are compassionate and can engage themselves in the significant task of making this world a better place to live in. We work diligently to integrate values with our pedagogic techniques to build a holistic profile of our scholars and groom them to venture in the global arena with an optimum amalgamation of strength of character and academic excellence. The school, like a true achiever, has never rested on it's laurels -it has raised its bar of eminence every passing year in both scholastic as well as co-scholastic domains. We provide a positive, inspiring, stimulating and challenging environment and enable our learners to blaze new trails and open new portals for themselves. An outgoing Lancerian is life-skill oriented, learning enabled and lifelong capable. Thirty glorious years of Lancer's history and uncountable glories our pupils have brought to us . The Alumni are also exceptionally well placed, having made a mark in varied arenas -Defense, NASA, Google and also as independent entrepreneurs . The list of such Lancerians is endless. My blessing and wishes to all my students. I firmly believe that the progress of our nation depends wholly on the progress of education. My message for all the educationists is to value individualism, creativity and innovation and over and above all, cultivate compassion and a humanitarian spirit in all our young learners.
