BUILDING CAREER, CONFIDENCE AND CHARACTER

We at Lancer's transform young innocent toddlers to aware, innovative and responsible adolescents.

ACTIVITY BASED TEACHING LEARNING TECHNIQUE

FLIPPED CLASSROOM

“Teaching is the best way to learn”. This concept of flipped classroom aims to minimize teacher’s talk time and maximize participation of the students. Students gain a considerable amount of confidence while preparing and presenting the topic where the other students are ready to challenge his concept thoroughly with mind boggling questions. This technique also develops the spirit of healthy competition among the students.

SUBJECT-ENRICHMENT ACTIVITIES

‘Learning by doing’ is the fundamental motive of “Subject-enrichment activities”. As per the CBSE guidelines, various individual and group activities are conducted for all the subjects. Such activities tap the hidden abilities of the students. Practical application of the knowledge is another important aspect of these thoughtfully planned activities. Students not only develop academic and practical knowledge but also learn to deal effectively with their peers. Students are assessed for their zealous efforts.

JOINING HANDS WITH TECHNOLOGY

Audio-Visual aids have always proved to be an effective way of imparting knowledge and leaving an everlasting impression on children. We at Lancers go hand in hand with advanced teaching aids to facilitate our young scholars. Such presentations develop a keen interest and better understanding of the students on the topics taught in the classrooms.

LEARNING WITH FUN

Trips and excursions are an essential part of the learning process. Visiting the places of historical, national and religious importance gives them a firsthand experience of their cultural heritage. These trips develop their social skills, their behavior at public places and also help in developing a strong bond of understanding, faith and trust among the students themselves and with teachers.
